Product Description

Ultrasonic flowmeter is an intelligent flow measuring device, which can accurately measure the flow. The product has the features of beautiful appearance, easy installation, accurate measurement and stable operation.

Measurement principle and characteristics:
1. Principle composition
     Ultrasonic flowmeter is used to measure the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow of homogeneous liquid. The product is mainly composed of flow sensor (measuring the volume of liquid through the pipeline) and calculation part (calculating the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow of liquid).
2. Design and functional features
     Transducer: as the main signal generator in ultrasonic flowmeter; Imported piezoelectric ceramic sheet, stable performance, good consistency, to ensure the ultrasonic flow meter to achieve high precision measurement.
     Self-diagnosis function: During the stable operation of the ultrasonic flowmeter, if there is abnormal communication, insufficient power or artificial damage, the system will display the corresponding code, and the system will automatically save the data and wait for the recovery after troubleshooting.
     Remote transmission and centralized control function: with M-BUS, 485 interface, can achieve remote data transmission, centralized control.
     Beautiful appearance, can be suspended in four directions, easy to read, easy to operate.
     Easy to install, with dust, moisture, water, disassembly and human damage and other functions.

 

Installation precautions:
1.  The pipe system should be thoroughly cleaned before installation, and the debris such as hemp, sand and gravel in the branch pipe should be removed to avoid meter failure.
2.  The meter can be installed horizontally or vertically.  In order to facilitate the overstandard display window to adjust the position according to the installation situation, the direction of water flow should be consistent with the arrow mark on the meter.
3.  The diameter of the front and rear pipes should be consistent with the meter caliber, 10D should be left before the table, and 5D branch pipe section should be left after the table (D is the meter caliber).
4.  Both ends of the flow meter should be set up dirt filter, closing valve, in order to filter dirt and repair, replacement.

Installation method:
1. Horizontal tube section installation method: When the meter is installed horizontally, the direction of the integrator is upward. If the direction of the integrator is sideways, the two transducers are not on the same horizontal plane, and the air may gather at the transducer at the height, causing the meter to measure incorrectly or not.
2. Vertical pipe section installation method: The meter vertical installation must be installed on the straight pipe with the water flow upward, because the water in the pipe with the water flow downward can not be full, which will also affect the meter measurement is not allowed or even cause no measurement.
3. "U" pipe section installation mode: When the meter is installed in the U-shaped pipe, it is necessary to install the meter at the lowest place, and there will be bubbles at the top of the pipe, resulting in inaccurate or non-metering of the meter.
